“I had the opportunity to partner with Centennial when she was on rotation as an analyst for the Retail at Home Admin Team. When I think about Centennial and the Leadership Pallet, one key attribute that stands out is Capacity to Connect: Give Help. Cent often went out of her way to help someone else succeed without worrying about what’s in it for them. Whenever a team member had a question or needed assistance, Centennial was often the first to offer support. This was also my experience as a leader of this team; any time there was need to update process docs or there was a need to track information in a different way, Centennial would be the first to raise her hand, no matter how busy she was. Because of Centennial’s actions, she became a trusted and respected colleague on the team – and one that others felt comfortable asking for help.
Another key attribute that stands out is Imaginative Intelligence: Innovate down to the details. Centennial demonstrates “an appreciation and even a love of the details and minutia of a project”. This was evident when we were developing processes for the Retail Flex Pilot. There were tight timelines to order equipment, communicate information, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for participants. Because of Centennial’s focus on the details, she was instrumental in calling out gaps and creating processes to mitigate negative experiences for others. “Passionate immersion in the details is an Apple hallmark” and something in which Centennial excels.”

“Centennial and I have been coworkers for quite a few years and I had the pleasure of working closely with her on a project for a year and a half. Centennial is focused, a creative thinker, excellent to brainstorm with and highly skilled in everything she puts energy into, whether it be Photoshop or embroidery.
She is constantly surprising me with her seemingly endless stores of experience and creativity. Centennial is constantly on the lookout for ways to streamline processes and improve communication for the entire project and project team. While working on the Retail at Home Project with her, Centennial created, implemented and owned a process for tracking and reclaiming the equipment (upwards of 10,000 Macs) that had been sent out into the field. When it came time to wrap up the project and collect equipment, it was Centennial’s strategy and dedication that enabled the team to do so accurately, successfully and in a timely manner.
Centennial remains the calm center in the midst of chaos. She is kind, receptive to feedback, and open with sharing feedback and ideas so we can all improve. On a personal note, Centennial’s support and perspective have lifted me up when I needed it most. I am honored to have had the opportunity to have worked so closely with Centennial and so grateful for the friendship that blossomed from that experience.”

“I had the joy of working with Centennial on the Engagement Team video projects for Apple RCC. The Engagement Team was responsible for a video collection, that we would present to the entire organization for each day for the month in December. Our goal was to bring leaders, managers, and employees together for some informational messaging, prize giveaways and good old fun to help with overall morale during the stresses of the Holiday season.
Centennial and I worked closely with each other on the design and planning of each video, each year from Sept-Dec. She was very open minded, extremely engaging and instrumental in the planning, video creation/editing and the overall structure of the content. Without Centennial’s diverse and people orientated thought process, we would not of had the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received for each year the project ran.”
